I started my career in 2016, doing what I thought I was “supposed” to do, following the scripts, dressing the part, and trying to fit into a mold of what a “successful agent” looked like. For three years, I worked hard but felt like I was holding back the most powerful part of what I had to offer: myself.
The moment I stopped trying to be the “perfect agent” and started showing up as the real me - connecting with clients like friends, leading with honesty, and letting my personality shine - everything changed. My business grew, my relationships deepened, and my work felt lighter and more meaningful.
Now, authenticity is at the heart of everything I do, whether I’m helping someone buy or sell a home, mentoring an agent on my team, or sharing behind-the-scenes stories on my podcast. Because the right relationships, the right deals, and the right opportunities always follow when you lead with who you really are.
